our irregular round-up of forthcoming releases - our first for quite some time due to Christmas and New Year!

INFEST darlings MIND.IN.A.BOX finally continue the bottom-up sci-fi story around "Black", "Night" and "The Agency", with their long-awaited new release "Revelations". The dark, fragile mix of trance, ambient and electro throws the listener off course, into a musical parallel existence, the "Dreamweb". The ten new compositions are more harmonic, rhythmically complex and still danceable.

AND ONE are "Back Home", with an all new seven-track EP! In a manner quite unlike anyone else, those Berlin-based guys are able to garnish their lyrics with small puzzles and hints until their audience's heads burst. The return of Joke Jay and Rick Schah finally changes AND ONE back to AND ONE!, and now there are four of them... with Nico "Tentacle Dieter" Wieditz, a new high-profile keyboard wizard and co-producer, joining the gang.

"Ceromonies", the long-awaited live album and DVD by FIELDS OF THE NEPHILIM, marks the closing of one chapter in the band's history, paving the way for what is soon to come. Having focussed on the live elements over the last few years this represents a closure and regeneration. Recorded over two sell-out shows at London's Shepherds Bush Empire, "Ceromonies" features songs from their earliest days, through a series of undeniable classics, whilst taking in the dramatic soundscapes of the mid-90s Nefilim incarnation, and coming right up to date with the band performing tracks from their most recent studio album "Mourning Sun". As a visual document, the DVD captures the true essence of the band, bringing the ritualistic nature of their live show to the screen and demonstrating the quite remarkable power of their performance.

"Relapse" is the twelfth studio album by industrial metal band MINISTRY, and their first studio album featuring original material since 2007's "The Last Sucker", marking the longest gap between their studio albums. The band previously broke up in 2008 and Jourgensen had since stated that a reunion would never happen... however, MINISTRY ended their hiatus on August 7, 2011, when it was announced that they were going to play at Germany's Wacken Open Air festival.

"Dark Adrenaline" once again sees LACUNA COIL teamed up with acclaimed producer Don Gilmore (LINKIN PARK, BULLET FOR MY VALENTINE), however this time the band in part chose their native Italy for the recording, to help focus on the more personal nature of the new material. "Dark Adrenaline" promises to deliver the melodic, sensual, metallic rush for which the band has come to be known.

NINE INCH NAIL's Trent Reznor & Atticus Ross release the soundtrack to David Fincher's adaptation of "The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo". The soundtrack features 39 tracks, including an electro-style cover version of LED ZEPPELIN's "Immigrant Song".

In 1991, the first official APOPTYGMA BERZERK release, "Ashes to Ashes", came out. After only a few years this release became a rare collector's item and was selling at unbelievable prices... And now - 21 years later, this cult classic will be re-released! It includes the bonus track "Wrack'Em to Pieces" (Live from Odense, Denmark, 30/08/91), available for the first time ever. This release, strictly limited to 500 copies, will come as a white vinyl edition.

Electro-pop icons GOLDFRAPP release "The Singles", a career-spanning overview featuring tracks from their five critically acclaimed albums, alongside two brand new songs written especially for this release. "The Singles" is the first compilation from the band.

ALTER DER RUINE's fourth release, "Son of a Bitch", will prove to be raw, powerful and unforgettable, with a few surprises along the ride, ending in a noise-grinding, beat-pounding sonic halt. Very limited quantities, order quickly!!

On their fifth album, "Just Defy", MINDLESS FAITH deliver a lethal dose of aggressive industrial anthems and ferocious, commanding vocals over crushing beats, awash with distorted synths and laced with overwhelming guitar riffs. Revolting against today's all-too-common generic electronic sound, the band breaks new ground by including nightmarish psychedelics, outlandish ambient passages and brooding acoustic elements that showcase the members' diverse musical ability and adds to their genre-defying style.

32 CRASH are ready to take on another sonic adventure, revisiting some familiar landscapes, re-inventing some known soundscapes, and altering the same reality. "Hyperreal" is a six-track vinyl release featuring exclusive remixes, again all done by 32 CRASH themselves, this time fully aimed for club-play. Limited to 300 copies.

C-DRONE-DEFECT re-release their 2001 debut, but this is not just an ordinary re-release! "Neural Dysorder Syndrom ReduX" will be released with one disc containing the original album and a second with individually treated mixes, two previously unreleased tracks and the brand-new track "Memento".

Also this week, "Iscariot Blues" is the fourth studio album from THE BEAUTY OF GEMINA; TRIARII, the one-man martial industrial project with neoclassical influences from Berlin, release the new album "Exile"; and INDUSTRIEGEBIET return with their second album "Wer Schön Sein Will Muss Sterben" ('Who wants to be beautiful has to die').

And finally compilations, with DEPENDENT launching volume number ten in their long-running series, "SEPTIC X" once again combines a wealth of fresh sounds from all corners of the scene together with several big names. There's no less than seven GOTHIC SPIRITS releases as well.
