"It's six rooms. Each one is scarier than the last." After traveling to Candle Cove in season 1 of Channel Zero, showrunner Nick Antosca and company will enter a new kind of haunted house in season 2. Based on the creepypasta NoEnd House by Brian Russell, the second season of Syfy's horror anthology series is teased in its first trailer ahead of its 2017 premiere.

Channel Zero: No-End House: "Six rooms, each more terrifying than the next. Who will enter...and who will exit?"

When Daily Dead and several other journalists recently spoke with Channel Zero showrunner Nick Antosca, he had this to say about the second season, which will differ from Candle Cove in style:

"It’s very different stylistically. Candle Cove is an almost pastoral style. It’s very restrained. It’s very composed and there is this sense of lush greenery and sinister things lurking in the woods.

NoEnd House is an almost suburban story in the sense of John Carpenter movies or It Follows, and it’s about a younger group of people and the visual style is more kinetic. Going into this, one goal was for each season to be very cinematically distinctive and to be a showcase for a different director [and talented DP."

Directed by Steven Piet, Channel Zero: No-End House will feature a cast that includes Amy Forsyth and John Carroll Lynch. Stay tuned to Daily Dead for more updates. Are you looking forward to seeing the NoEnd House come to life onscreen?
