Recently at the annual Monsterpalooza horror convention in Pasadena, Clive Barker had such sights to show attendees with a new makeup design for Pinhead that he co-created with artists Cris Alex and Stephen Imhoff Jr., and while a time lapse video and photos have already been unveiled, Barker has now revealed an additional photo of his new take on the Cenobite leader from his Hellraiser franchise.

Shared on Clive Barker's Instagram page, the new photo (courtesy of Monster Maker by Night) can be viewed below, along with the previous photos and time lapse video. The nightmare-inducing Hell Priest makeup came to life at the PPI Premier Products and Skin Illustrator booth, with contacts provided by Eye Ink FX.
