If you didn't catch the previous review for NEO-SATAN, I can basically summarize the project by saying that this is what happens when the occult meets black metal and synthesizers. Unholy Possession is the project's latest release that starts off with a cacophony of whispering, animal noises, and ambiance in 'Goat Worship'. From there we're delivered an album that delivers clean percussion kicks paired with lo-fi vocals, echoing black metal guitars, and underlying synths. There are some more darkwave inspired songs on the album such as 'Reaper Of All Religions', but this album will serve fine for open minded purveyors of industrial, electronics, and underground black metal all the same.  Nov 05 2017
