Disorder was coproduced by Grendel and mastered at the X-Fusion Studio of the legendary Noisuf-X. Working with such international giants of the scene, this massive release confirms that Syd.31 are already running with the big players and taking protest music to the next level. The digital single includes remixes from current wave makers Petrol Bastard, Needle Factory, Dirty K and Advance. Dr Magic says: “I only work with people who share my views on chaos and questioning everything. These guys fit in perfectly.” The vocals were recorded in the dry, desolate highlands of Tenerife, where oxygen was thin enough to hurt and perfectly capturing a rawness that no other artist on the planet has done before. “Singing in an oxygen deprived place, all by myself with no phone signal or anyone around nearly killed me. I kept blacking out when screaming and it hurt like hell. But if I don’t feel like I’m dying when doing music, how can I sing about other people’s struggles?” Disorder is the lead single from the upcoming EP ‘Drowning In Air’ available from AnalogueTrash Records in 2015.
